01. Scope and applicability

These terms apply to Ingeeky as provider and the end client as buyer of services (B2B or B2C). If a signed proposal, statement of work, or master agreement conflicts with this page, the signed contract takes precedence.

02.What's included in every website

  • SEO optimization: on-page SEO, meta tags, structured data, and sitemap setup.
  • Google Analytics setup and tracking configuration.
  • Mobile-first web design, then scaled to desktop and larger breakpoints.
  • 2 months of free maintenance after launch for bug fixes, support, and minor edits.
  • Licensed use of the final delivered website and design exports for day-to-day business use.
  • Hosting and deployment setup, including server configuration, SSL, and domain connection.
  • Hosting and domain guidance to help the client pick and configure the right providers.
  • Post-launch training so the client can confidently use and update the website.

03. 5-phase delivery process

Phase 1

Discovery

We align on the brief, business goals, and scope. We ask clarifying questions and confirm the project plan before production starts.

Phase 2

Design

We deliver mobile-first wireframes and visual design page by page. Each page includes one revision round. Client feedback is expected within 24 hours to maintain schedule.

Phase 3

Development

Approved designs are built into a responsive, fast, and SEO-ready website. Analytics tracking is configured during this phase.

Phase 4

Implementation

We complete final QA, hosting deployment, SSL setup, domain connection, and launch checklist. Post-launch training is delivered at handoff.

Phase 5

SLA (After launch)

The 2-month free maintenance period starts after launch. After that, support moves into a selected care package or custom SLA.

06. Ownership, licensing, and SLA

The client receives licensed use of the final deployed website and design exports once payment is complete. Source code, reusable frameworks, and internal systems remain Ingeeky intellectual property unless a signed contract says otherwise.

Webshops, SaaS, and custom systems are maintained under a custom SLA quoted on demand due to deeper integration and operational complexity.
